اختاري أي نوع من الفلان 2 بألوان مختلفة لتر من الحليب سنيدة حسب الدوق

فوق نار هادئة نضع الحليب حتى الغليان ثم نضيف فلان flan اللون الأول مع التحريك

نضعه في المول و ندخله الى الثلاجة

 ثم نعمل اللون الثاني مثل الأول و نصبه عليه بعدما يكون الأول قد تجمد
